Visit any empaneled public or private hospital, present your valid CNIC (or B-Form for children), and the hospital's Health Facilitation Officer will verify your eligibility through the central system. Once approved, all covered treatment costs are billed directly to the programme, allowing you to receive quality healthcare without making any upfront payment.

The programme provides access to a wide range of inpatient healthcare services including hospitalization, operation theatre charges, ICU care, specialist consultations, diagnostic investigations, prescribed medicines, dialysis, cancer treatment, cardiac procedures, and organ transplants at empaneled hospitals, subject to programme guidelines.
